Installing the Observability Agent via FRAM

It’s now easier than ever before to monitor your integrations outside of ColdFusion and Java. With the Observability Agent now included in the FRAM installation, you can find the install option in your updated FRAM UI.

Note

To install the Observability Agent via FRAM, you must have a minimum version of FusionReactor 12.

Step 1: Install or upgrade to the latest version of FRAM.

Step 2: Locate the Observability Agent installer on the FRAM summary screen and click the install button.

Step 3: Enter the relevant monitoring details, such as configuring log collection, OTel, MSSQL, or any other pertinent settings to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
